I've had enough of Obama and his policies. Why is he sending my tax money overseas when we are drowning in debt? This clown has no business running a lemonade stand.

Natural gas is an excellent solution for vehicles.
Big Oil will stop at nothing to prevent it's wide spread adoption.

It makes sense to reward to companies making the right type of vehicles. The leaders in populat high fuel efficiency diesel cars are the Europeans. The leaders in other popular alternate fuel vehicles (hybrids, natural gas etc.) are Asian. The leaders in alternate energy cars that no one wants to buy are in Detroit.

Natural gas...scmatschural gas... what we need is a way to turn methane into a vehicle propellant... then we can turn bean burritos into some really amazing mpf numbers.

Again, the rules don't reflect market conditions, but how skillful lobbyists are, and how much campaign dough changed hands.

We (USA) should not be propping up foreign car makers - ie HONDA is not a US car company, it's Japanese.
