In both cases, all taxes are included in the price.

In Dickinson, I saw a Walgreens next to a Shell. The sign on the Walgreens announced milk was $2.99 a gallon. The sign on the Shell announced gasoline was $3.57 a gallon. What we need is a vehicle that runs on milk.
